Andreas Langfeld

Andreas Langfeld joined Stratasys in 2009 and gained a deep insight into the additive manufacturing industry. The understanding of customer needs and customer use cases has evolved to the highest priority and biggest asset of Stratasys which has the largest Installed Base within the 3D Printing market. Translating this knowledge into increased adoption of 3D Printing with a high level of customer satisfaction via a team of highly skilled professionals in sales, marketing, customer support and across the organization is part of the key focus areas in the current position as President EMEA. Andreas Langfeld was appointed President of Stratasys EMEA in autumn 2018. He previously served as General Manager MakerBot EMEA, as well as VP Finance & Operation at Stratasys. Langfeld holds a M.A. in Business Economics and Linguistics from Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg, Germany.

Dr. Balázs Bartóki-Gönczy

Associate Professor of Law, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the National University of Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and Head of the Research Institute for Space Law and Policy of the National University of Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Member of the Media Council of the NMHH since December 2021. He studied law in Budapest (PPKE) and Paris (Université Panthéon-Assas and Paris Saclay). He holds an MBA from Lyon III University and a PhD in Law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Former national age group fencer, currently Head of the Fencing Department of Ludovika SC.
Dr. Czeibert Kálmán állatorvos

Dr. Kálmán Czeibert

Dr. Kálmán Czeibert, veterinarian. After graduation, he first worked as a clinical veterinarian at Profivet Veterinary Clinic, and then taught anatomy and developmental anatomy at the Department of Anatomy and Histology of the University of Veterinary Medicine from 2012-2016. Between 2016-2021, he was a member of an international research group at the Department of Ethology, Eötvös Lóránd University of Sciences, where he studied cognitive ageing of dogs, and his PhD thesis linked neuroanatomy and 3D modelling. Since 2021, as a founding member of LimesVet Ltd, he has been involved in veterinary 3D visualisation, anatomical modelling, 3D printing and the development of personalised surgical aids and implants.
Dobos Zsolt, Procter and Gamble

Zsolt Dobos

He has worked at P&G for 25 years. Worked as a maintenance database administrator. SAP key user, teaches SAP processes and maintenance planning and methodology to maintenance staff. Served as production maintenance manager for 2 years. He has been Technical Manager and System Administrator of the Replacement Parts Warehouse of the Budapest plant for 16 years. He introduced the mass production of 3D printed parts and the application of an economy/savings/system. He has more than 10 years of 3D printing experience
George Falk, Varinex

George Falk

Founder of the industrial 3D printing company VARINEX, Mechanical Engineer and Professor of Industry at the Budapest University of Technology, He received the Gábor Dénes Prize in 2017 for the introduction of 3D printing in Hungary and the exploration of its wide range of applications. VARINEX Zrt. is one of the founding members of the Industry 4.0 National Technology Platform Alliance and has been awarded the Industry 4.0 Professional Medal by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology.
Halász Gábor, Messer

Gábor Halász

Welding and cutting consultant, which he has been doing since 1998. Between 1990-1998 he was a scholar, Assistant Professor and then Research Associate at the Department of Materials Technology for Electrical Engineering, BME MTAI, TMB. His special fields of expertise are gas shielded welding, thermal cutting, laser technology, laser cutting, welding, additive technologies. He started his studies at the Polytechnic of Timisoara in 1984, specialising in mechanical engineering, welding. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Technical University of Budapest in 1990, then as a Welding Engineer in 1993, EWE in 1999 and IWE in 2000. He is the author of numerous publications in the field and a regular speaker at professional days, training courses, symposia and welding conferences. Invited lecturer at the Universities of Budapest, Óbuda, Miskolc, Nyíregyháza, Dunaújváros. He is the main organiser of the Messer Innovation Forum, a professional event where he tries to provide professionals with the latest information on the world of welding, cutting and additive technologies.
Dave Janovski, Xact Metal

Dave Jankowski

A graduate of Lehigh University (B.S. Metallurgical Engineering) and Case Western Reserve University (M.S. Materials Science), Dave has spent the majority of his career working in high technology Product Management, Marketing, and Sales roles including positions at The Timken Company (specialty steel manufacturer) and increasingly responsible roles within divisions of GE involved with non-destructive testing. Dave is the Commercial Operations Leader at Xact Metal – a high technology start-up company developing and manufacturing metal 3D printers. Dave is an avid runner, hiker, and backpacker.
Dr. Kovács Norbert Krisztián, BME

Dr. Kovács Norbert Krisztián

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at BME in 2006, and continued his studies at the Department of Polymer Engineering, where he obtained his PhD degree in 2015 with the thesis "Development of prototype injection moulding tooling technology". Since then, he has been working as an Adjunct Professor and Head of the Prototyping Laboratory. His research focuses on Additive Manufacturing Technologies (3D printing) and their applicability as small-scale plastic forming tools. He has published several articles in international and national journals.

Ákos Lipóczki DLA

His research and teaching activities at the university aim to create a two-way interoperability between the material and digital worlds by combining digital technology, innovative materials research, contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. In his professional work, he aims to educate a generation of Designer-Makers who are comfortable designing and creating objects in both the virtual and material worlds.

Pacher Tibor

trained as a PhD physicist (Budapest, Heidelberg), has a 10-years academic career, with publications on General Relativity, Cosmology, and Quantum Chemistry topics. He has also a solid background in management and financial accounting consultancy (15+ years), and conducted many projects in 18 countries on 4 continents. He participated in ESA’s Infrared Space Observatory (ISO) mission (ISOPHOT instrument), and created "MiniSpaceWorld - Moon", a model railroad style installation in the Futura Science Center in his home town in Hungary. Since the foundation of Puli Space Technologies in 2010 to participate in the Google Lunar XPRIZE, he is working relentlessly on Hungary's first lunar mission.

Zehavit Baal Schem Reisin

Zehavit Baal Schem Reisin, is Stratasys Senior Vice President, Head of Material Business, Consumer Solutions Sales and 3D Fashion Business. 

Zehavit brings over 25 years of project, product and business management experience in the printing industry (Scitex, Creo, Kodak), including over 15 years’ experience in 3D printing for Stratasys.  

Holding an MA and BA in Physics from Tel Aviv University, she is also a graduate of the Senior Business Management course at Recanati Graduate School for Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. 

Levente Szepsi-Szűcs

He had worked as an engineer for more than a decade with his own company, and spent nearly ten years in public administration. Since 2016 he has been working in the research and development world, for three years at the Innovation and Technology Office of the National University of Public Service. His ambition is to integrate innovation into the university's daily life and to make the university a real partner for all actors in its fields.
Szuda Csaba, QFD

Csaba Szuda

He has 25+ years of experience in the domestic and international automotive industry, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Economics and an MBA. He also holds IATF and ISO 14001 internal auditor certifications and considers himself an expert in implementing business management, electronics manufacturing and automotive customer requirements. As Managing Director, his main objective has been to ensure the competitive operation of FCE (Faurecia Clarion Electronics) by creating the conditions for industry development, with a focus on the widest possible adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions. From 2023, he will be Managing Director of SMANAG Solutions Ltd, a member of the QFD Group, where he will contribute to the company's success as a senior consultant and trainer.
Turkevi-Nagy Nándor, Innomed

Nándor Turkevi-Nagy

He received his Diploma in Engineering in 1998 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of BME. Besides his studies, he started to work with the application and distribution of engineering analysis software, and dynamic simulation has become his favourite field. The challenges of industry tempted him from pursuing a full-time PhD degree. He started his career full-time as a Medical Device Engineer. He worked with implants in the human eye, at that time thinking only in terms of manufacturing products using chipping techniques. He gained the best of his experience in this field, both in product, packaging, technology, measurement methods and instrumentation development, series production and procurement and manufacturing implementation. His major technical successes have resulted in international patents. His career in medical technology has spanned more than 25 years, albeit with some minor detours. He is currently also involved in medical device manufacturing, but now develops devices, fixtures and even tester equipment as a manufacturing support. Currently, he relies almost exclusively on engineering plastics and additive manufacturing, enjoying its flexibility and speed. He is also happy to provide his colleagues and family members with personalised and useful 3D printed items.

Zsolt Ványi

Additive Manufacturing expert, Prototyping engineering discipline manager and Prototype shop manager at Valeo. Brings over 23 years of R&D and project experience in automotive industry (Visteon, Valeo), including practical experience in injection moulding and toolmaking. BA degree from John von Neumann University, GAMF Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science.
Abay Bálint, RemRed

Bálint Abay

Business Development Manager of REMRED Ltd., a Hungarian aerospace company, and a specialist and professional consultant responsible for key Hungarian and international partner relations and aerospace market strategies. His work includes the development of REMRED's satellite manufacturing value chain. He is tasked with setting the development and capability sales targets for the company's new space manufacturing centre to create the largest space manufacturing capability in the region in Hungary.
Bugár-Mészáros Márton, eCon Engineering

Márton Bugár-Mészáros

He has been working as a simulation engineer in the Econ Engineering team for five years, mainly in the field of finite element simulation of welded vehicle frame structures and fibre reinforced polymer composites. In addition to structural analysis, he gives presentations and trainings on manufacturing simulation, mainly in the areas of metal 3D printing (ANSYS Additive) and cold forming (ANSYS Forming).
Patrick Davey, Siemens

Patrick M. Davey

Patrick Davey is a Senior presales consultant at Siemens Digital Industries Software, based in the United Kingdom he has almost 30years experience working with customers in the CEE & MEA regions specializing in Part manufacturing solutions including the Siemens Xcelerator NX & Teamcenter integrated products. Patrick’s session will be focusing on real-life case studies with Siemens Xcelerator products for additive manufacturing and the benefits that moving to an additive approach can bring in the wider scope of manufacturing.
Ember István, NKE

István Ember

Graduated from the Zrínyi Miklós University of National Defence, Bolyai János Military Technical College in 2005 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He spent the first half of his career in various management positions in the 1st MH Home Army Bombardier and Naval Regiment. In 2013, he achieved the Grade I degree and holds a civil explosive ordnance disposal license in 3 areas. In 2016, he obtained a degree in explosives engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Pannonia, and in 2019, he obtained a Master's degree in military leadership from the National University of Public Service, Faculty of Military Science and Military Education. He successfully completed the Doctoral School of Military Science and is in the process of obtaining his degree. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Operational Support at the NKE HHK. National Laboratory of Cooperative Technologies - Additive Manufacturing and Materials Science Programme - Institutional Theme Leader.
Fehér Zoltán, VARINEX managing director

Zoltán Fehér, Managing Director

Graduated from the University of Szeged, Faculty of Geography and Geoinformatics in 2007. He started to work as a software developer, and in 2008 he got acquainted with 3D printing at Varinex Zrt. He was immediately attracted by the layer-by-layer Additive Manufacturing technology, the ease and speed with which prototypes and parts could be produced and the joy of customers who came to get the finished parts. For over 10 years, he has regularly attended Stratasys and Varinex 3D printing training courses. He has been an Official Instructor at Stratasys Academy since 2018. He became a salesman and then Sales Manager in the 3D printing business and has been the company's Managing Director since 2022.
Ilyés Donát, CAD-Terv

Ilyés Donát

He graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2014 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and completed his Master's degree in 2016 at the Szent István University, specializing in mechatronics. He worked in the mechanical engineering industry in the field of sheet metal working from 2014, and since 2018 he has been a member of the 3DEXPERIENCE solutions sales team of CAD-Terv Engineering Ltd. Currently, he is a Business Consultant assisting mechanical engineers nationwide, primarily in the area of product development.

Dr. László Kovács

He completed his studies at the Bolyai János Military Technical College, and later at the Zrínyi Miklós University of National Defence, where he studied at the university and doctoral school. He started his career at the Zrínyi Miklós University of National Defence as a lecturer and then as a teacher, and since 2012 he has been working as a professor at the Faculty of Military Science and Military Officer Training of the National University of Public Service. His teaching and research interests include Cyber Operations, Cyber Warfare, Cyber Terrorism, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Electronic Intelligence, Support, and Aggregate Intelligence.
Dr. Kovács Zsolt, Neumann János Egyetem

Dr. Kovács Zsolt

In 2015, he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer. After that, he completed the IWE/EWE (Welding Engineer) course at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of BME in 2015-2017. In 2020 he earned a PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of BME, and in 2023 graduated from the Eötvös Lóránd University with an MBA in Economics. Since 2015, he has been working at the Neumann János University, currently as Associate Professor and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs. In 2022, together with his colleagues, they launched the first Additive Manufacturing Engineering course in the country. Their primary goal is to create a domestic additive society.
Dr. Manó Sándor, Debreceni Egyetem

Dr. Sándor Manó

He graduated in mechanical engineering from BME and received his PhD degree from the Faculty of General Medicine, University of Debrecen. His activities are mainly focused on the medical application of 3D techniques (in particular customized implant and device development), medical device development, basic research projects, and biomechanical material and structure testing. He is the Secretary of the Hungarian Biomechanical Society and Editor of the journal Biomechanica Hungarica.

Yann Rageul

VP Sales Enablement for Industrial Business Unit /Yann Rageul has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA. He started his career working in the automotive industry performing design analysis on internal combustion engines for leading consultancy RICARDO. He worked for Ford Motor Company, in the United Kingdom on Diesel engine cost reduction, before moving into sales. Before joining Stratasys in May 2015, as a Strategic Account Manager, he worked for leading software company Romax Technology, now part of Hexagon. After managing customer relationship with McLaren F1, BAE Systems or Bentley Motors, he now leads a team in charge of supporting customers and partners globally for the Industrial Business Unit.
Sallay Péter, graphIT

Péter Sallay

He graduated in mechanical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. After graduating he started his career at Integraph Hungary, where he was responsible for CAD/CAM, and in 1997, as a continuation of this activity, he established graphIT Ltd. with Hungarian ownership, where he first worked as the head of the CAD/CAM Business Unit, and from 2005 as the Managing Director. graphIT introduced the Siemens PLM software Solid Edge, NX, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation to the Hungarian market.
Szőke András, PTE

András Szőke

He has been working as a medical engineer at the 3D Printing and Visualisation Centre of the University of Pécs for four years in the field of R&D&I. He specialises in 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD and mesh modelling. In his PhD research, he addresses clinically relevant questions through the medical applications of 3D scanners. His research focuses on intraoperative imaging and the modelling and data processing from it.

Dr. József Váncza

Head of the Research Laboratory for Engineering and Business Intelligence at the HUN-REN Research Institute for Computer Science and Automation (SZTAKI). His main research interests are engineering applications of artificial intelligence, production informatics, cyber-physical manufacturing systems, human-robot collaboration, cooperative and sustainable production in networks. He has been involved in university teaching for three decades and currently teaches at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the BME, where he is Associate Professor in the Department of Manufacturing Science and Technology. He is a Board Member of the International Academy for Production Engineering (CIRP). He was awarded the Gábor Dénes Prize in 2021 for his scientific work in promoting collaboration between the academic and industrial spheres.
